Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and manage Scrum ceremonies. You will collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to remove impediments and drive on-time sprint delivery.

The role emphasizes coaching teams on Scrum principles, tracking progress with Agile metrics, and fostering continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. Strong communication and facilitation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor development teams on Agile and Scrum principles.
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments.
• Identify and remove impediments or blockers affecting team productivity.
• Monitor team performance using Velocity, Burndown, and Burnup charts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication between team and business stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement through retrospectives and action plans.
• Manage sprint boards, user stories, tasks, and workflows using Jira.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Help teams follow Agile best practices and improve collaboration.
• Prepare and communicate sprint status reports to management.
• Support release planning and coordinate sprint deliverables.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and self-organization within Agile teams.
