Job summary

Momentum, Inc. is a small, women-owned IT and Management Consulting firm based in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead one or more Agile Scrum teams and ensure on-scope delivery while guiding the team in Agile best practices.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of experience, and a CSM or SAFe Agile certification. Flexible work from home options are available as we serve public and private sector clients across the mid-Atlantic.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience.

Job description

Responsible for leading one or more Agile Scrum teams, ensuring smooth delivery of products within scope. Guides the team in Agile best practices and helps remove impediments.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agile (SSM) preferred.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile frameworks.
• Prior experience with Maryland Benefits systems preferred.

• Using tools like Jira, VersionOne for tracking.
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
