*We are hiring a Scrum Master to join our team in Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid)!*

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
2. Remove impediments and coach the team on best practices.
3. Promote continuous improvement and coordinate with stakeholders.
4. Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Previous work experience as a Scrum Master.
2. Certifications: CSM recommended.
3. Experience with program-level Agile (e.g., SAFe).

Pay and Benefits:
