Job Description

We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate daily scrum meetings, coach team members, and identify outstanding project needs. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate Daily Scrum Meetings, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives
• Maintain team dynamics and foster self-organization
• Coach team members, including one-on-one coaching
• Mediate impediments and conflicts
• Identify key project and product decisions impacting team delivery
• Support team, project, and organizational goals with leaders and product owners
• Provide feedback and encourage Agile practices within the team
• Assist with release planning and stakeholder communication
• Promote Agile community within the organization and facilitate organizational change
• Organize learning opportunities such as talks and workshops on Agile concepts

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Scrum Master

Desired

• Familiarity with JIRA
• Experience with Agile development and Scrum methodology

Physical Demands

• Ability to perform essential job functions safely and in compliance with ADA and other standards
