Job Description:
Responsibilities:- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Oversee integration tasks, particularly with HL7 and Managed File Transfer technologies.
- Work within healthcare settings, preferably with knowledge of health hospital applications.
- Track progress of interface delivery and coordinate daily calls with the development team.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Previous experience in integration technologies such as HL7 and Managed File Transfer in a healthcare setting.
- Preferred knowledge of hospital applications and EHR systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work remotely and align with Central Time Zone working hours.
- PMI certification preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
