The ideal candidate is highly proactive, data-driven, and deeply experienced in SAFe environments, with advanced Jira expertise and a strong coaching mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Coach Agile teams on execution, flow, predictability, and quality.
  • Coach leaders and managers on Agile mindset, decision‑making, and trade‑offs.
  • Prepare and support teams for PI Planning, Pre‑PI Planning, and in‑quarter execution.
  • Drive readiness across backlogs, capacity, dependencies, and risks.
  • Support and facilitate ART‑level ceremonies (ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync as applicable).
  • Identify, track, and resolve inter‑team and cross‑ART dependencies.
  • Maintain visibility into program‑level risks and impediments.
  • Escalate issues with clear options, impact analysis, and recommended trade‑offs.
  • Design, build, and maintain Jira dashboards, workflows, filters, and reports.
  • Ensure Jira data integrity to support accurate metrics and executive reporting.
  • Translate delivery data into actionable insights for teams and leadership.
  • Facilitate retrospectives that drive measurable, traceable improvements.
  • Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile communities of practice.
  • Balance delivery commitments with sustainable pace and long‑term quality.
