Lockheed Martin is seeking a Scrum Master to drive Agile practices within a cross‑functional software team. You will mentor the team, remove impediments, and ensure delivery of high‑quality products while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize backlog, maintain Scrum artifacts, and report metrics to stakeholders, enabling organizational agility and effective governance.
The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile Scrum practices for a cross‑functional software development team, ensuring the effective delivery of high‑quality products. This role serves as a servant‑leader, removing impediments, coaching team members in Agile principles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Provides expertise to drive adoption of and consistency in agile mindset, values, principles, and practices for the team and by extension the organization. Coaches teams to increase agile maturity to achieve organizational agility. Supports agile teams by applying an end‑user focus within an organization. Responsible for driving cultural change when necessary, teaching, improving agile methodologies, embracing continuous improvement, and navigating complex environments
Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00
