Synectics Inc. seeks an experienced Agile Coach to guide one or two cross-functional teams in adopting Scrum and Kanban practices. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and mentor teams toward higher Agile maturity while partnering with Product Owners to optimize backlogs and delivery.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, status reporting, and maintaining Azure DevOps artifacts to support strategic initiatives across business and technology teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field required.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Additional Agile, Project Management, or Business Analysis certifications are a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience facilitating backlog refinement and Agile planning activities.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams using servant leadership techniques.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT processes, and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar Agile management tools preferred.
• Strong organizational, budgeting, forecasting, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Adaptability, business acumen, and political awareness.
• Business Analysis experience and utility industry knowledge are preferred.

Qualification
