Job summary

Optomi is seeking a Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to support cross-functional Marketing Technology initiatives. The role acts as the operational backbone, creating visibility, coordinating activity, and driving work across multiple stakeholders within a SAFe environment.

The candidate will facilitate ceremonies, manage dependencies, and apply the most suitable delivery approach. The position offers hybrid onsite work and opportunities to influence delivery practices across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in delivery leadership, Scrum Master, project management, Agile program management, or a comparable role.
• Experience supporting technology delivery teams and cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an integrated view of active work, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and commitments.
• Establish and maintain effective boards, dashboards, plans, RAID logs, and other visual management tools.
• Facilitate effective team ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning activities.
• Coordinate work across product, marketing, technology, business partners, and external vendors.

Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization in the Marketing Technology sector, is looking for a Delivery Lead / Scrum Master. We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to support cross-functional Marketing Technology work. This person will serve as the operational backbone of the team, creating visibility, coordinating activity, reinforcing accountability, and helping work move forward across multiple stakeholders and dependencies. Our organization operates within SAFe today, but the role requires flexibility rather than strict adherence to a single methodology. Over time, the work may incorporate more project management practices. The right candidate will be comfortable selecting and applying the delivery approach that best fits the work, the team, and the outcome.
