Job summary

Blue Lake Search, LLC. is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to support cross-functional Marketing Technology work. The role acts as the operational backbone, creating visibility, coordinating activity, reinforcing accountability, and helping work move forward across multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

This position operates within SAFe today but adapts to the best-fit method. You will be proactive, highly organized, and able to escalate issues with leadership when needed,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in delivery leadership, Scrum Master, project management, or related role.
• Experience supporting technology delivery teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of SAFe and Agile practices; apply pragmatically.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; clear, actionable delivery information.
• Influence and accountability to move work forward without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an integrated view of active work, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and commitments.
• Turn broad goals into clear actions, owners, sequencing, and next steps.
• Drive consistent follow‑through on team commitments and action items.
• Maintain delivery momentum across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Establish boards, dashboards, plans, RAID logs, and other visual management tools.
• Identify blockers and risks early; escalate with context and recommended actions.
