Job summary

SharpAtoms is seeking a Sr. Scrum Manager with Marketing or Retail domain experience to lead delivery across cross-functional marketing technology work. The role blends SAFe practices with pragmatic, hybrid delivery approaches to keep work moving and align teams with product and business goals.

The ideal candidate drives visibility, coordinates dependencies, and escalates blockers while guiding ceremonies and ensuring commitments are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery leadership, Scrum Master, project management, Agile program management, or a comparable role.
• Experience supporting technology delivery teams and cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of SAFe and Agile delivery practices, with the judgment to apply them pragmatically.
• Demonstrated strength in visual management, detailed work tracking, risk management, dependency coordination, and issue escalation.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to make complex delivery information clear and actionable.
• Ability to influence, create accountability, and move work forward without relying on formal authority.
• Consistent follow-through, sound judgment, and a strong bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an integrated view of active work, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and commitments.
• Turn broad goals into clear actions, owners, sequencing, and next steps.
• Drive consistent follow-through on team commitments and action items.
• Maintain delivery momentum across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate effective team ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning activities.
• Partner with product and technology leaders to support backlog readiness, prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery flow.
