Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to partner with Product and Engineering teams in Chandler, AZ. The role focuses on leading Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and aligning sprint goals with roadmaps to drive value delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in Scrum/Agile leadership, CSM or equivalent certification, and strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills. This is a hybrid contract in Chandler, AZ with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead in technology and/or product development environments.
• CSM or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience partnering closely with Product Management teams on roadmap execution and delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Teams.

This is a Contract position based out of Chandler, AZ.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $73.00 - $80.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
