Job summary

Kforce Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, facilitate Agile processes, and ensure successful delivery from planning through implementation. The role requires leading Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, tracking progress, and maintaining visibility dashboards.

Qualifications

• CSM/PSM certification preferred
• 5+ years in Scrum Master/Delivery Manager/PM roles
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with Azure DevOps preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
