Job summary

Curaleaf in Wakefield, MA is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide multiple development teams in delivering high-quality, value-driven software. The role requires a certified Scrum professional with hands-on experience across systems integrations and migration initiatives.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile principles, manage backlogs with Product Owners, and track metrics to drive continuous improvement in a multi-team environment.

Qualifications

• CSM or equivalent certification required.
• 5+ years as Agile Scrum Master in software development environments.
• Experience with multiple development teams across different technologies.
• Strong experience supporting system integrations and migrations.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional development teams.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies—daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized and actionable product backlogs.
• Remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and ensure teams are working toward sprint goals.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum values, and collaborative practices.
• Coordinate dependencies and communication across development, QA, architecture, and DevOps teams.
• Support integrations, data migrations, and cross-team delivery efforts.
• Track, analyze, and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, team performance).
• Foster strong communication, transparency, and trust across all teams.

About the Role

Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting system integrations and migration projects.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira for managing backlogs, sprints, and Agile workflows.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, conflict‑resolution, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
• Technical background or familiarity with software engineering concepts.
• Experience in enterprise‑level or multi‑team Agile environments.

Compensation

Massachusetts Hiring Range: $125,000—$135,000 USD
