Job summary

Ethereum Technologies is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and help development teams deliver projects successfully. The role involves working with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to remove impediments and improve team performance.

You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, manage the backlog, track progress, and ensure timely sprint delivery. Effective communication and continuous improvement are essential in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master driving Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Coach development teams on Agile and Scrum principles.
• Work with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog.
• Track sprint progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments to team productivity.
• Monitor Velocity, Burndown, and Burnup charts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, BA, stakeholders).
• Ensure effective team-stakeholder communication.
• Support continuous improvement via retrospectives and action plans.
• Manage sprint boards, user stories, tasks, and workflows (Jira).
• Identify project risks and delivery challenges.
• Promote Agile best practices and collaboration.
• Prepare sprint status reports for management and stakeholders.
• Support release planning and coordinate sprint deliverables.

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master responsible for facilitating Agile practices, managing Scrum ceremonies, and helping development teams deliver projects successfully. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders to remove impediments, improve team performance, and ensure successful sprint delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor development teams on Agile and Scrum principles.
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.

• Ensure effective communication between team members and business stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement through sprint retrospectives and action plans.
• Manage sprint boards, user stories, tasks, and workflows using Jira.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Help teams follow Agile best practices and improve collaboration.
• Prepare and communicate sprint status reports to management.
• Support release planning and coordinate sprint deliverables.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and self-organization within Agile teams.
