Following Scrum principles, provides technical project coordination and leadership for new information technology implementations and upgrades within the Scaled Agile Framework. Translates high-level requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria. Acts as liaison between stakeholders and the development team. Develops and communicates a clear vision of the product, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Facilitates Scrum Events. Identifies and eliminates impediments that block the development team from achieving goals.

Requires:

  • Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 60 months of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Management Analyst, Scrum Master, or related role. This experience must include three years of:
  • Serving as a Scrum Master supporting applications in AGILE, Waterfall, and SAFE environments, particularly in healthcare-related teams supporting health care plans, provider incentive programs, and health plan ratings.
  • Using SQL and TOAD for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and testing related to health provider incentive and health plan rating data.
