  7. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to enhance team performance and delivery;
  8. Implement and optimize Kanban systems across Squads to improve workflow transparency, limit work-in-progress (WIP), and reduce cycle times.

Essential Qualifications

  1. Proven experience as an Agile Coach or equivalent role with a strong focus on Kanban and Lean principles.
  2. Familiarity with flow metrics (e.g., lead time, cycle time, throughput) and their practical use in improving team performance.
  3. Role model empathy and trust to help foster coaching relationships;
  4. Be curious without judgment or bias;
  5. Growth mindset and role modeling this for others;
  6. Comfortable working in complexity and uncertainty;
  7. Ability to manage resistance to change and influence stakeholders toward a Lean-Agile mindset.

Work Experience & Training

  1. Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC);
  2. Certification in Kanban (e.g., Kanban Management Professional, Kanban Coaching Professional) or Lean practices.
  3. 5-7 years of experience working in a Lean-Agile environment, with at least 2-3 years of experience as an Agile Coach;
  4. Experience in value stream mapping and implementing process improvements at scale;
  5. Experience coaching and mentoring cross-functional Squads and working closely with Product Owners and leadership to facilitate the Agile transformation;
  6. Hands-on experience in leading Agile adoption across different departments, preferably in telecommunications, media, technology, or a similar industry;
