An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Agile Coach to facilitate the adoption of agile practices and embed agile values and mindsets within a new digital asset exchange focused on an institutional client base.
The ideal applicant will have previous experience as an Agile Coach working with critical financial systems and globally distributed teams.
The candidate should be passionate about success, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive on challenges and team improvement.
Experience with outcome-focused, cross-functional teams, capital markets technologies, and solutions is essential to drive product delivery.
Knowledge of the Scrum framework, including artifacts and techniques, is required. The ability to coordinate people and projects, facilitate change, and focus on deliverables is important. A collaborative attitude, strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and investment in Agile frameworks are expected.
Responsibilities
The Agile Coach will support the organization, teams, and individuals in adopting agile practices, embedding values, and significantly impacting development through coaching the Scrum process and utilizing available tools.
Key competencies include:
Supporting agile transformation, guiding teams through maturity growth, coaching on the 7 Key Scaled Agile competencies, contributing to SAFe curriculum, defining standards, creating playbooks for ceremonies like PI-Planning, daily stand-ups, and Portfolio Syncs.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of Agile processes, a relevant IT/Computer Science/Engineering degree, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
