Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT seeks a Senior Specialty Systems Engineering Manager 2 to lead the SCRM effort for the Sentinel System. Relocation assistance may be available and a Secret clearance is required for start.

The role blends technical leadership with program protection responsibilities across hardware, software, and services. You will develop and execute a comprehensive SCRM plan, validate suppliers and components, and coordinate with SSE, PM, QA and Procurement while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 8+ years of related experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Experience managing CAM/WPL or equivalent in complex programs.
• Experience with risk management processes (identify, analyze, mitigate, monitor).
• Experience with DoD programs and program protection practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute a holistic SCRM Plan across the program lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, track, and report supply chain risks; integrate into the System Risk Management Plan.
• Flow down SCRM and NIST SP 800-161 requirements to suppliers and vendors.
• Establish controls for secure shipping, storage, and handling to prevent tampering.
• Coordinate with SSE Threat Analysis and Mitigation and incorporate emerging threats.
• Mentor and lead a team of System Security Engineers; manage tasking and resources.
