Job summary

Lakeshirts, inc. is seeking a dedicated Quality Control associate to monitor and ensure the quality of garments produced in the Screenprint department. You will inspect ink colors, logo placement, labels, and general flaws while preparing items for shipping.

The role includes repetitive tasks and requires teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Schedule options include day shift (Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm) or night shift (Mon–Thu, 4pm–2am).

Qualifications

• High school education desirable.
• Basic computer experience required—Excel, Word, tablet.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Reliable, responsible and able to take direction.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks for several hours.
• Stand for 8–10 hours per day.
• Previous production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect garments for correct ink colors, logo placement, labels and flaws.
• Maintain Lakeshirts’ acceptable quality standard per garment.
• Sort, count and fold garments by size/color/style; prepare for shipping.
• Read and understand work orders to ensure accounts processed correctly.
• Keep work area clean, orderly and organized.
• Follow safety practices per OSHA standards; identify/resole safety issues.
