Responsibilities

• Inspect Printed Items: thoroughly examine each item for print accuracy, color vibrancy, registration, and overall quality.
• Sorting and Packaging: organize items by size, color, design, or customer requirements and prepare for shipment.
• Quality Control: monitor the printing process and report issues to press operators or supervisors.
• Record Keeping: maintain detailed inspection and rejection records and communicate findings for corrective action.
• Equipment Maintenance: assist in cleaning and maintaining screens, squeegees, and drying racks.
• Collaboration: work with press operators, production team, and QC staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Time Management: prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines while upholding quality.
• Workplace Safety: follow safety protocols and report hazards.
