Sewing labels is required, and basic computer tasks are used to confirm orders. Shift options vary, with competitive hourly pay. Ideal candidates have sewing experience, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Sewing machine experience is required.
• High school education is desirable but not required.
• Basic computer experience including Excel, Word, and tablet use.
• Ability to work well in a team, take direction, and stay reliable.
• Attention to detail to spot garment defects and quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished garments for ink colors, thread colors, logo placement, labels, and flaws.
• Communicate rework needs to the team to maintain quality standards.
• Sort, count, fold, tag, label, box, and prepare garments by size/color/style for shipping.
• Read work orders and order profiles to ensure correct processing for each account.
• Use Excel, Word, and tablets to access order profiles and garment instructions.
• Operate sewing equipment to sew labels on garments and complete finishing work.
• Maintain an organized workspace and support production flow.
• Follow OSHA safety practices and address safety concerns.
