Job summary

Lakeshirts, inc. is seeking a dependable helper to support the Screenprint Lead and Trainer in preparing machines, pulling garments for the dryer, and cleaning up after each order.

Work Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm; wage is $16 per hour. You’ll assist with setup/teardown at screenprint presses, handle ink and screens, and help maintain a safe, efficient production line for a variety of colorful garments.

Qualifications

• High school education desirable, but not required.
• Previous production experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well.
• Perform repetitive tasks for several hours.
• Stand 8-10 hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Set-up & teardown at operational automatic screenprint presses.
• Removal of and cleaning of screens, squeegees and flood bars.
• Replacing machine with new screens and new ink for each order.
• Return inks to their correct storage location, notifying in mixing of needed inks.
• Provide and support machine operator as needed.
• Identify and clean all equipment after press use.
• Follow safety practices; identify problems and work to resolve safety issues as they occur in accordance to OSHA standards.
• Work actively with others to get the job done.
