Job summary

C C Creations in Bryan, TX is seeking a Pre-Flight Production Artist to ensure artwork is production-ready for screenprinting and embroidery. You will review files, prepare separations, and proof embroidery orders while troubleshooting press issues and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail (pixel-level detail)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to think creatively when files don’t cooperate
• Ability to follow processes and double-check your work
• Previous screenprint and/or digitizing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review incoming art files for production readiness
• Prepare separations and production-ready files for screenprint
• Proof embroidery orders and prepare stitch-ready files
• Troubleshoot press issues (colors shifting on press, artwork not appearing as expected once printed)
• Communicate clearly with internal teams when artwork and/or orders need adjustment
