Job summary

Pre-Flight is seeking a Production Artist to ensure artwork is production-ready for screenprinting and embroidery. You will review files, prepare separations, and proof stitch-ready outputs while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Pixel-level attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and creativity when files don’t cooperate.
• Ability to follow processes and double-check your work.
• Previous screenprint and/or digitizing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming art files for production readiness.
• Prepare separations and production-ready files for screenprint.
• Proof embroidery orders and prepare stitch-ready files.
• Troubleshoot press issues (colors shifting on press, artwork not appearing as expected once printed).
• Communicate clearly with internal teams when artwork and/or orders need adjustment.
