Job summary

CC CREATIONS LLC in Bryan, TX is seeking a Pre-Flight Production Artist to help move designs from concept to production. The role centers on ensuring artwork is production-ready for screenprinting and embroidery, reviewing files, and generating stitch-ready outputs.

In this fast-paced, training-oriented position you’ll sharpen color theory and technical skills in Illustrator and Photoshop while collaborating with design and production teams to resolve issues and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with production-ready files for screen printing is preferred.
• Familiarity with embroidery digitizing and proofing.
• Able to follow defined production processes.

Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Hourly

What You’ll Do

This is a technical role where you’ll:

• Review incoming art files for production readiness
• Prepare separations and production-ready files for screenprint
• Proof embroidery orders and prepare stitch-ready files
• Troubleshoot press issues (colors shifting on press, artwork not appearing as expected once printed)
• Communicate clearly with internal teams when artwork and/or orders need adjustment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail (seriously— pixel-level detail)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to think creatively when files don’t cooperate
• Ability to follow processes and double-check your work
• Previous screenprint and/or digitizing experience is a plus

You do not need to know everything on day one. We will train you. But you must be eager to learn and comfortable working in technical systems.
