Job summary

C.C. Creations is seeking a Seasonal Production Utility Team Member at our Bryan, Texas facility. This climate-controlled, 44-year-old operation produces screen-printed apparel, and no prior experience is required—we’ll help you learn the process.

You will set up and operate automatic presses, load apparel, verify print quality, mix inks, clean equipment, and support daily production goals. Expect 40+ hours, possible Saturdays, with opportunities for future full-time openings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to move between tasks as priorities change.
• Dependable team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and help maintain automatic screen-printing presses.
• Load and unload apparel to keep production moving.
• Check print placement, alignment, color, and overall quality.
• Mix and handle inks and coatings according to job instructions.
• Clean screens, squeegees, equipment, and work areas between jobs.
• Report printing or equipment issues and help the team solve problems.
• Follow safety procedures and support daily production goals.
