The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication. Regular hours are Mon-Fri, with a daytime shift, in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; additional experience may substitute for education.
• 3-4 years in an administrative support role.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Customer-focused and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Typing 50 wpm preferred; proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provides secretarial, clerical, and administrative support for a Clinical Pharmacology business unit or department.
• Performs administrative duties such as handling calls, scheduling, calendars, expense reports, and correspondence.
• Coordinates meetings and minutes; supports scheduling activities including client visits and travel arrangements.
• Maintains departmental files and serves as a backup for front desk/switchboard.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
