Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Clinical Research Technician II, On-Call, to interact with healthy volunteers in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting in Madison, WI. You will learn to read protocols and support various study types, including IV and monitoring tasks.

Open to new grads and experienced professionals, with six weeks of paid training and on-call shifts (8 or 10 hours, am/mid/afternoon/night). Weekend shifts available if desired.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EMT, Phlebotomy, CMA or CNA certifications preferred.
• 0–1 year of related clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
• Perform venipuncture and collect samples per protocol.
• Assist with ECGs/Holters and room preparation.
• Monitor dietary compliance and participant safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe study environment and assist with screening.
