Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel.
• Screen individuals, vehicles, packages, and materials entering or leaving the site.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of loading areas, parking areas, and perimeters.
