Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer - Weekend Access Screener in Phoenix, AZ. You will provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security procedures and monitoring access points.

This role offers flexible weekend hours, including day and evening shifts, with opportunities to screen individuals and belongings and ensure site safety. A guard card or license is preferred, and you must be at least 18 to apply.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while performing security procedures and following site policies.
• Screen individuals, belongings, and authorized items entering or leaving the site per procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document activity to support controlled access.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate concerns per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeters.
