As a Screening Sales Representative (known internally as a Screening Solutions Specialist), you'll play a frontline role in advancing colorectal cancer screening by partnering with healthcare providers to increase adoption of Cologuard® and other diagnostic solutions including Cancerguard.
You’ll build trusted customer relationships, identify opportunities to improve patient care, and drive business growth through strategic account management, clinical education, and cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or a related field or four (4) years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree. Two (2) years of sales, inside sales, or account management experience OR one (1) year of sales experience plus one (1) year of healthcare-related experience OR completion of active-duty military service as a Junior Officer or above. Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build credibility and influence customers. Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record that meets company requirements. Ability to travel daily throughout the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel. Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements, including vaccination or other site-specific requirements where applicable. Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
Two (2) or more years of medical device, diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales experience. Experience calling on primary care physicians or other healthcare provider customers. Demonstrated success in commissioned sales and territory management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. Experience using data and business intelligence tools to guide account planning and sales strategy. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
