Job description

Position Summary The Screen Reclaim Technician is responsible for the complete preparation and lifecycle of screens used in production at our Nashville facility. Because Nashville operates with a smaller, cross-functional production team, this role combines screen reclaim and washout responsibilities with screen coating, burning, exposing, quality control, and staging. This person ensures production has the right screens, properly prepared and ready at the right time. The role requires someone who can move between reclaim and screen preparation based on the production schedule, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high standard of quality throughout the entire process.

HPA’S: Top Priorities

Production Readiness — Screens are reclaimed, prepared, burned, and staged on time according to the production schedule, so presses aren't waiting on screens.

Screen Quality & Accuracy — Screens are clean, correctly prepared, properly exposed, and verified against job specifications before reaching production, minimizing remakes and print issues.

Screen Lifecycle & Work Area Efficiency — Screens, tools, equipment, dark room, and washout area are clean, organized, maintained, and ready for continuous workflow, with issues communicated quickly.

Why this role is critical to our organization:
