Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience in a production environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, measurements, engineering drawings and specs.
• Basic computer skills and experience creating or modifying artwork files.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain screen printing equipment.
• Create prints from customer specifications and drawings.
• Develop and modify artwork, prepare films for screen production.
• Mix inks and process screens per procedures.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy during runs.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and accurate production records.
• Troubleshoot print quality issues and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with team to meet schedules and specs.
