Job summary

Grimco is seeking a Screen Printing Associate/Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in a full-time role. You will perform machine setup, monitor print quality, and keep production running smoothly on flatbed presses.

Ideal candidates adapt quickly, pay attention to detail, and communicate effectively with leads. The job involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 65 pounds, and collaborating across departments to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform machines pre-print set-up and check.
• Ensure registration, ink viscosity, color, and print quality on Flatbed presses.
• Catch signs on conveyor belt and prepare for next stage.
• Maintain optimum production rate and quality within guidelines.
• Make press adjustments when necessary.
• Interpret production paperwork to ensure correct image, ink, and material.
• Run, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment and machinery.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Foster teamwork and daily performance improvements.
