Job summary

Grimco in Owensville, MO is seeking a full-time production operator to support our flatbed printing operations. You will perform machine pre-print set-ups, monitor registration, ink viscosity and color, and ensure print quality.

Responsibilities include running and adjusting equipment, cleaning screens, maintaining production pace, and collaborating with the team to meet safety and quality standards. Previous shop experience and ability to lift up to 65 pounds are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform machines pre-print set-up and checks.
• Ensure registration, ink viscosity, color, and print quality on flatbed presses.
• Maintain production rate and quality within company guidelines.
• Make press adjustments as needed.
• Read and interpret production paperwork to ensure correct materials.
• Run, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment and machinery.
• Reclean screens for screen printing.
• Other duties as assigned.
