Grimco is seeking a dedicated press operator to join our manufacturing team in Missouri. This full-time role involves pre-print set-up, ensuring print quality on flatbed presses, and keeping production within standards.

You will troubleshoot equipment, maintain workflow, and collaborate with colleagues to improve performance. The ideal candidate can adapt to tasks quickly, read and write, stand all day, and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform machines pre-print set-up and check.
• Ensure registration, ink viscosity, color and print quality on flatbed presses.
• Catch signs of conveyor belt and prepare them for next stage.
• Maintain production rate, registration and quality within guidelines.
• Make press adjustments when necessary.
• Review production paperwork to ensure correct image, ink and material usage.
• Run, adjust and troubleshoot production equipment and machinery.
• Reclean screens for screen printing.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Motivate by example and foster teamwork to improve performance.
