Job summary

PrintWorkers in Somersworth, NH is seeking a highly technical Screen-printing production lead to own the shop floor. You will troubleshoot multi-color jobs on automatic presses, dial in squeegee pressure and cure times, and step in to load, unload, or run presses as needed.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, reliability, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous M&R press experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience on automatic screen-printing equipment.
• Able to troubleshoot registration and color issues.

Responsibilities

• Technical Troubleshooting: fix multi-color registration and cure times.
• The Ultimate Floater: run or load a press to meet daily goals.
• Print Run Approvals with Technical Advisor and Art Dept.
• Floor Leadership: assist manager to keep line moving and on schedule.
