Job summary

Clean Apparel is seeking an experienced textile/apparel screen printer to join our small shop. You will print garments such as T‑shirts and hoodies using a Workhorse 6‑color / 4‑station press, with inks including water‑based and specialty applications.

The role offers 30–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule and opportunities for skill growth. Pay ranges from $22 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional textile/apparel screen-printing experience.
• Strong garment printing and press operation skills.
• Ability to set up and register multi-color jobs accurately.
• Experience reclaiming, degreasing, coating, and burning screens.
• Experience mixing inks and Pantone color matching.
• Understanding of proper curing temperatures and techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot common print, screen, ink, and registration issues.
• Strong quality-control skills and consistency across production runs.
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining print quality.
• Clean and organized work habits.
• Basic press and equipment maintenance knowledge.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently when needed.
• Team-oriented and easy to work with in a small shop environment.

Job description

This position is specifically for textile/apparel screen printing. We are looking for someone with hands‑on experience printing garments such as T‑shirts, hoodies, and other apparel.

We run a Workhorse 6‑color / 4‑station screen print press and work with a variety of inks and printing techniques, including water‑based, puff, reflective, and more.
