Job summary

Dallas Cowboys & Jones Entities is seeking a Screen Press Operator to oversee the general operation and maintenance of a press machine. You will respond to work orders, set up strike-offs with managerial approval, and perform quality control across all projects.

The role requires a High School diploma, fluent English, and experience with screen printing is preferred. Flexibility for nights/weekends and strong mechanical/communication skills are valued in a fast-paced team setting.

The Screen Press Operator is responsible for the general operation and maintenance of press machine. The Press Operator responds to work orders, sets up, operates, troubleshoots press, and provides quality control on all projects.

Job Duties:

• Respond to work/production orders given by the Production Manager
• Setup and perform strike-off, with approval from Production Manager, to ensure accuracy
• Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects for quality control
• Cleaning and miscellaneous housekeeping duties
• Assist with troubleshooting when necessary
• Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Production Manager.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• Fluent English required, bilingual preferred
• Experience with screen printing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality oriented
• Mechanical skills required
• Computer skills preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and ability to communicate effectively
