Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Screen Printing Operator in Wayne County, NY for a full-time manufacturing role. You will install framed silk screens, operate presses, prepare inks, and ensure accurate color registration to meet client specifications.

The ideal candidate has screen-printing experience, strong attention to detail, and can read blueprint drawings. Standing for long periods and lifting 25–35 lbs are required; you will work across departments to maintain production timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous screen-printing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Ability to read blueprint drawings.
• Basic mechanical skills and safe equipment operation.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
• Willing to lift 25–35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install framed silk screens onto printing equipment and guide screens when necessary.
• Set up and operate screen-printing presses.
• Prepare screens, inks, and materials for production.
• Align designs and ensure accurate color registration.
• Print designs on metal, epoxy, and masking materials.
• Use hand tools to ensure products meet client specs.
• Inspect printed products for quality, defects, and alignment.
• Clean and maintain screens, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Float between masking and production departments when needed.
