Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of full-time experience with a single employer is preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is expected.
• Able to adapt to a changing work environment and maintain detail.
• Experience operating an automatic screen-printing press, DTG or embroidery machine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform final quality inspection of screen-printed products.
• Sort items/garments by color.
• Fold, tag, and bag products as per work orders.
• Unpack and stage products; assist in machine set-up.
• Act as back-up for screen printing press operators when needed.
• Participate in training and seek professional development.
• Assist in other areas as time allows.
