Job summary

The operator will set up and run equipment, monitor materials, perform routine maintenance, and participate in inventories while aiding in embroidery, shipping, and related tasks as needed. Safety adherence is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in the screen printing industry.
• A combination of education and work experience equivalent to the above.
• Able to lift in excess of 50 pounds.
• Maintain positive safety standards consistent with published safety regulations, directives and commonly accepted safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate screen printing equipment to ensure production schedules are met and operations run efficiently.
• Monitor all materials and in-process items to minimize waste and inform when materials need to be ordered.
• Maintain industrial standards of quality control for all items produced and/or shipped.
• Perform general maintenance to screen printing equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Assist with the inspection process.
• Take an active part in all physical inventories.
• Assist in embroidery, shipping/receiving, material handling, and related tasks as needed.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures for safety of self and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.
