Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Production Control to support new product introductions, first‑article builds, and ongoing production performance.

Promote inter‑departmental teamwork by communicating priorities, escalating constraints, and aligning on customer requirements and delivery commitments.

Remain hands‑on as needed—set up, troubleshoot, and run jobs to support schedule attainment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
