IDLine in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a skilled Screen Printer for hard goods, using multi-color printing, color mixing, and adhesive application on 12x18 sheets. The role splits about 60% printing and 40% finishing duties, producing badges and event tags.

You will operate a semi-automatic clam shell press, mix custom ink colors, perform quality checks, reclaim screens, and assist with cutting, laminating, and packaging.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate semi-automatic clam shell screen printing press for hard goods production.

• Conduct ongoing quality checks for opacity, alignment, and consistency.
• Maintain and reclaim screens including degreasing, de-inking, emulsion removal, coating and storage.
• Clean and maintain squeegees, flood bars, and all press components.
• Assist with cutting, laminating, trimming, and assembly of badges, event tags, and related items.
• Package completed products for delivery or shipment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Screen Printer with experience working on hard goods using multi-color printing, color mixing, and material gluing. The ideal candidate will operate a semi-automatic press to produce high-quality prints. Approximately 60% of this role will be focused on hands-on screen printing and press operation, with the remaining 40% dedicated to finishing duties related to badges, event tags, and similar products.

Key Responsibilities

Screen Printing (60%)

• Operate semi-automatic clam shell screen printing press for hard goods production.
• Mix and match custom ink colors to specification.
• Perform multi-color registration and setup.
• Apply adhesives/gluing to 12"x18" material sheets as needed.
• Conduct ongoing quality checks for opacity, alignment, and consistency.
• Maintain and reclaim screens, including degreasing, de-inking, emulsion removal, coating, and proper storage.

Finishing & Assembly (40%)
