Job summary

Technomark is hiring a hands-on Screen Printing Manager to lead a manufacturing print operation producing membrane switches, graphic overlays, and EL lamp components. This ISO-certified environment requires coaching teams while driving quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• Expert-level screen printing knowledge including auto press setup and ink handling.
• Experience with tight-tolerance membrane switches, overlays, and EL lamps.
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems and audit readiness.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-direction abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all screen printing production activities for membrane switches, overlays, and EL lamp components.
• Review production schedules and assign work to meet delivery deadlines.
• Drive continuous improvement: scrap reduction, yield, changeover, cycle-time optimization.
• Monitor department expenses and manage supply purchases.
• Establish process controls for registration, color standards, and cure parameters.
• Collaborate with Maintenance for press readiness and equipment repairs.
• Enforce safety and quality standards, ensure ink/solvent handling compliance.
