Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years as a screen printer I or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Basic mathematics: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Ability to identify cosmetic defects.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic screen print table.
• Clean screen with solvent at end of run and when changing colors.
• Examine printed objects for defects.
• Teach and instruct junior department members on best practices.
• Set up and screen print both metal and plastic products (flat or bent).
• Understand how defects are created and how to troubleshoot (e.g., stray ink, faded/bold image).
• Fulfill all other duties assigned.
