Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years as a screen printer I.
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic screen print table.
• Cleans screen with solvent at end of run and when using different colors.
• Examines printed object for defects.
• Teaches and instructs junior members of department on best practices.
• Capable of setting up and screen printing both metal and plastic product (in the flat or bent form).
• Understands how screen print defects are created in the process and how to turn them on/off; for example, stray ink, faded image, bold image.
• All other duties assigned.
