BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is hiring a Production Associate (Screen Print Specialist) in McClellan Park, CA. You will perform digital print, embroidery or screen print tasks, ensure quality, and support the press team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, cleaning work areas, and meeting customer specifications. HS diploma required; bilingual ability is a bonus; overtime may apply during peak season from July to December.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with screen printing machines and software.
• Ability to spot errors and ensure precise stitching.
• An eye for accuracy to catch irregularities before shipment.
• Reliable team member with punctual attendance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 15–35 lbs.
• Read and comprehend English documents to perform duties.
• English-speaking meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Color differentiation for accurate product inspection.

Responsibilities

• Keep print area clean during and after shift; dispose waste properly.
• Maintain press cleanliness and perform weekly wipe-downs.
• Use PPE as required for personal safety and teammates.
• Review work orders and prepare area for multi-color printing.
• Assist press operator with loading, ink application, and squeegee changes.
• Operate machinery to coat, reclaim, image and develop screens.
• Move materials using pallet jack and RF scanner to staging areas.
