Location: 950 E. Avenue K, Grand Prairie, TX 75050

Work Type: On Site

Hours: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM, Monday–Friday (overtime as needed, peak operations June–December)

Responsibilities

• Review work orders, observe specifications and special notes, and prepare the work area for multi‑color printing.
• Perform physical tasks to maintain productivity while meeting the highest quality specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on decorated garments according to customer specifications.
• Assist the press operator by loading material onto the press, applying ink to screens, changing squeegees, and pre‑counting material before decoration based on paperwork.
• Operate machinery used to coat, reclaim, image, and develop screens for the printing process.
• Move material into staging locations throughout the facility using a pallet jack and RF scanner.
• Keep the work area and equipment clean; perform weekly press wash and wipe‑down.
• Utilize all required personal protective equipment for personal safety and the safety of peers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and understand English instructions.
• Clear background check required.
• Ability to follow orders and operate machinery correctly; quick learner, detail‑oriented, accurate, personable, team‑oriented, and punctual.
• Candidate must be capable of differentiating and coordinating colors.

Physical Requirements

The position requires standing for long periods of time and repetitive body movement. The employee must lift 15–35 lb. regularly and tolerate working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
